How many text messages can I expect to receive?
This is largely dependant on the property match criteria you specify. On average subscribers are receiving between 5 and 6 properties a week. We recommend anyone who is receiving more than those they wish to receive to narrow their criteria.
Will I receive text messages during the night?
Due to the nature of our service, properties will normally be sent to you during business hours and at the weekend. However, your mobile phone network's operations may have an effect on the actual time you will receive a message.
How much is it going to cost me?
Nothing, it is FREE to house buyers. The service is powered and paid for by the estate agents who are notifying you of the property.
Will my details be given to the estate agents?
No, we do not sell our subscribers' information. Once you unsubscribe your details are removed from our database. Please read our privacy statement for more information about how your information is treated.
How do I unsubscribe?
Simply log into your account and click the "unsubscribe" button. Our system will not send you any more text alerts from that time. However, there may still be alerts already sent to the networks which could be delivered soon after you unsubscribe.
What will I receive in a property alert?
The property alert will contain: number of bedrooms; price; town; estate agent name & office with telephone contact number. The message will have the identifier qpAlert!
How do I get more details about a property?
In the text message the estate agent will supply you with a contact telephone number. Simply phone that number and tell the estate agent that you have received the qpAlert! message and wish to receive more information about the property.
