Partners Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is between you as a customer of the qpAlert service, herein referred to as “Partner” and Arclid.com Ltd., referred to herein as “Arclid”. By using the qpAlert service, Partner agrees to be bound by this agreement and the Terms and Conditions herein.



1. Arclid's levels of service are defined in the Estate Agent Terms and Conditions on the qpAlert.co.uk website. Arclid can not accept any responsibility for any promises of service levels by Partner which are in excess of those defined in this document. By using the qpAlert Partner service, Partner agrees not to make any offer of service levels other than those defined.

2. The partnership is for namesake only and does not constitute a legal partnership between Arclid and Partner.

3. When refering to the service, Partner must always display either :

a) a Partner Logo and link to http://www.qpalert.co.uk, supplied by Arclid, or

b) a text link to the same http://www.qpalert.co.uk website url.

4. Partners are bound by the Estate Agent Terms and Conditions which can be found at http://www.qpalert.co.uk/clienttc.php

5. Arclid reserves the right to make changes and amendments to this agreement at any time.
